New York Pizza in Fern Park

So I haven’t personally been to this location. But when I look up the reviews and see how the owner is responding to the customer complaints . It’s just unprofessional to me that an owner would reply the way he does, instead of apologizing for the mishap that may have occurred during the customers experience. For that I can see this establishment doesn’t care about its locals. Which means they don’t care about the product they give you. Will not be ordering from here tonight. Happy holidays!

Was looking for a pizza place with food that looked good and delivered but you must get a separate app that charges 10 dollars on top of your order or come pick it up. I cannot pick up and not using an app that charges that much extra so i didnt order. Would have liked to try the pizza but i couldnt.

Great little pizza spot. We had a Stromboli and it was awesome. The pizza by the slice was good as well.

I mean it's a really cute place, nice staff but the pizza disappointed my for the price. I'm not saying it tasted bad but it's nothing like pizza I've had IN NY. I will likely easy they're again bc it's close to my current home and I would recommend them but not somewhere I'm gonna rave about to anyone

I came here for a good pasta fix and this place delivered! I got the special of the night which was a pork and beef ragu with short ribs on top served with pappardelle pasta. The sauce and the meat was so good. The short rib was cooked so well and it was fall off the bone soft. What really made the dish though the was pasta. You can just taste that it was fresh and homemade and it was absolutely delicious.

Lasagna was huge and delicious. I really liked the sauce. The bread they give you with your meal is wonderful too. My server was very sweet and handled her tables and the counter well. Will definitely cone back!

Killer pizza, probably the best in the Orlando area. Staff is friendly and typically the wait is not long for pickup or sit down. Price is very good, especially for the quality of the food... You probably get 2x as much food as you would get for the same price @ Pizza Bruno (just saying people).

been going here since 2004 when I moved to the area, only time I would ever go to another shop is on Sundays when NY is closed. Best pizza in town, great service and you cannot beat the food. Do yourself a favor and stop by for a slice or calzone or stromboli or a hoagie......you wont be disappointed.

New York Pizza has reopened and it's as good as ever.

Cheese pizza was very good, although oily/greasy. The crust was good and crunchy. My server was okay, not extremely attentive and not much personality, but she served me my food in a timely manner.

I've been going to N.Y pizza for over 15 yrs and it's still great pizza, pasta and rolls.

Cashier was a little rude. European guy. First time here a little indecisive as we were ordering he insisted we hurry because more people were walking in to order. Which should’ve just been handled different. Ordered 30 wings and other things and he says 35 minute wait. Ridiculous almost had me cancel the whole thing and walk out. It takes 10 mins to make wings. Never again

Great flavor...the closer thing to NY pizza

I was craving pizza today after visiting relatives in nearby Casselberry and passed by New York Pizza on the way home so I decided to stop in. And I am glad I did. This is a very small place located in a very busy shopping plaza. The staff was pretty friendly and the food was awesome. I ordered a slice of cheese pizza and a soda. The total bill was only $3.19!! Can't beat that price at all - especially considering the fantastic quality of the food. I will definitely return next time I am in the area.

Ontop of finding hair on my pizza this place is the worst when it comes to ordering your food. It's almost as if they are scared that you won't come pick up your food when you order it so they wait until you get there to make it. Everytime I order over the phone they tell me 30 minutes I get there in 35 an I still have to wait 30 minutes. The food is decent so I keep giving them chances to prove me wrong but yesterday was the final straw. I even called them back 30 minutes after I placed my order to check on my status and she tells me 5 minutes. I get there paid my order an I can tell they just started on my wings. From the time I placed my original order to when my food was ready it was easily an 1 hr . The owner know nothing about customer service. It's family owned and everyone has the same horrible attitude.

I am from Brooklyn, NY. I am use to true Italian N Y pizza. This ,so far, is the best N. Y. Tasting pizza in central Florida I tasted. I travel 20 plus minutes just to buy a large pizza. Left over slice? Just put it in the oven and it is truly toasted bread with the sauce and cheese like N. Y. Lower Manhattan pizza hm hm GOOD!!!.

Like a New York pizza shop. They have reopened after hurricane IRMA but bring cash. Like many, no internet so credit card machines are down.Very accomodating for a vegan meal. The dough is vegan so order veggies without meat or cheese. The owner assures the marinara is pure. No parmesan! Specify olive oil only!

Best NY Style pizza in the Orlando area. This is coming from a guy from Jersey who knows what good NY style pizza is. Family run and very friendly service. This was our go to pizza place when we lived in Maitland. I always try and stop in when I am back in the area, and even order extra to freeze at home.

I had a pasta craving it it hit the spot! I ordered the cheese ravioli and I didn't expect to receive that much food. The rolls, pasta and salad were a generous portion for the price and all were fresh
